We are looking for Software Product Support personnel for our software products in Bangalore.
The Job responsibilities will include:
- Explain various features and workflows of our products to our customers.
- Should have ability to understand software products and their functionality.
- Should have good communication skills over the phone.
- Be familiar with remote access tools like Team viewer and Ammyy.
- Troubleshoot Operating System level problems
- Be familiar with basics of Windows operating systems for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
- Be able to trouble shoot Windows Operating system level problems for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
- Be familiar with various virus protection software and their configurations.
- Troubleshoot SQL Server and IIS level problems.
- Be familiar with SQL Server installation procedures and basic trouble shooting..
- Be familiar with basic set up of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
- Be familiar basic TCP-IP networking.
- Written Communication.
- Should have good written communication skills for writing emails and Support Ticket notes.
- Should be able to talk to the customer using popular chat software like Skype.
